Who we are
SOHCAC Star of Hope Support Services, Inc
A 501c(3) Tax exempt non-profit Charity. Established in 2002 as a community support service to enhance self-help empowerment efforts in the Metropolitan area and its surrounding communities, for those in need of help with advocacy for housing, emergency shelters, healthcare information, family issues, employment, court mandates, domestic violence, budget management, and many other issues that people are faced with daily.
Serves as a non-competitive fund of choice that assists community efforts through referrals. Community service hours. Help the homeless and hungry with clothing, food, hygiene kits, warming centers, and more.
SOHCAC Star of Hope Children Activity Center (ed) programs serve youth with activities that enrich their educational needs, peer to peer communication, hygiene, health/dental care, and conflict resolution, (bullying). Skill building with arts/crafts, games/sports.
Our Volunteers bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to nurturing your skills. Guided by their passion for making a positive impact, you will be empowered to make a real difference in your community.
